Light, Virtually Fact Free and Definitely Non-Political!

As a result of Kerry Johns taking over BB's Guest Services team, Blue Buzzard has been awarded its Superhost status for the 2nd year running. This means we have a proven 100% response rate with an overall 4.8 rating out of 5.0. Keep truckin' Kerry!
Blue Buzzard are very pleased to announce that we have once again been awarded the Superhost status on Air Bnb. Though Air bnb bookings only make up of about 8% of our turnover, it's a well deserved recognition of Kerry's dedication and excellence in customer service.
Kerry is definitely a superwoman, with a stellar background in admin and HR, she also has her own cleaning company that we have been working with since Jan 2024. Her keen eye to detail and outstanding understanding of our business led to her becoming our very own Guest Services Manager with guests and agencies alike singing her praises day to day. We genuinely care about all of our guests, a passion that Kerry truly shares and demonstrates everyday. Special mentions also go out to Michelle and Jade who work closely with Kerry to ensure guests have spotless spaces to enjoy while continuously making sure our customers have everything they need for a comfortable stay. Not only do they make guests feel welcome, they are our eyes and ears on the ground telling us all we need to know and helping us to maintain our standard across the portfolio- thank you Michelle, thank you Jade!

This Month's Silly Photo
Life's a pig when horsing about...

And we thought it would be appropriate to write something completely ridiculous. Doesn't get better than this. Pictured is us getting ready for Halloween - nothing like dressing up. Actually the horse is Leon's (your Md's) brother. We at BB are big halloween addicts, so watch out anyone in Kent. You might get a visit from Dr. Porc and Master Equine Mallady- horsing about for r trick and treatings.
That's enough nonsense for one week. We look forward to hearing from you soon
