We are often approached by landlords that have had one too many evictions, taxed too much and/or simply want to work with a company paying their rent and not have to manage tenants and/or pay high estate agency fees. We keep your properties in show home condition (we have to), we fix all minor faults, do the gardening and our job is to take all the stress of managing your property. We rent properties from landlords directly in the right areas with guaranteed rent for 3 - 5 years. We also work very successfully with a number of Estate Agents. Above all, we care about our landlords.
