We set up our family business, based in Rochester, to help our clients (corporate and private individuals) to find emergency and alternative or corporate  accommodation (hotel alternatives) - in the Kent and Medway areas (UK).

We specialise in providing quality accommodation for:

• Corporate Stays -professionals that need to be in the area for 1 week to one year.

• Insurance Claims -professionals that have to move fast and need somewhere right now for a flexible period.

• Private Groups and families looking for somewhere to stay, from 1 week to 1 year onwards that do not wish to commit to a long tenancy agreement.

We also work closely with professional landlords and property owners, and most of them become great friends! We often pay above market rent too for their properties on contracts of 2 - 5 years.
