Blue Buzzard Property was created by father and son - Angus (dad) and Leon Kennedy (son) and now has a dedicated team of six with offices based in Rochester, Kent.
We set up our family business, to help our clients find alternative accommodation to hotels in Kent and SE London. It's so rewarding being able to help all kinds of guests- some of whom have only a suitcase of belongings left following house fires and floods.
We also work closely with professional landlords and most of them become great friends! We often pay above market rent too for their properties on contracts of 3 - 5 years.
