Enjoy a modern electric hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, large fridge with a separate freezer in the dining room, and a full range of cooking utensils and crockery. There’s also a washing machine, ironing facilities, and cleaning supplies so you can settle in straight away. The dining area seats up to 4 guests comfortably, making it perfect for family meals or team dinners.

Relax in the spacious bay-fronted lounge, featuring original Victorian fireplace details, comfortable seating, games & puzzles, and a brand-new Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, ITV Hub, and other streaming apps. Superfast WiFi ensures seamless working from home or streaming entertainment.

Bedroom 1 (Master Double): A large, light-filled room with a UK standard double - sized premium mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers and calming décor to help you unwind.

Bedroom 2 (Double): Another spacious double also with a premium Vesgantti mattress and clothes storage, finished in a bright, uplifting style.


Bedroom 3 (Small Single): A cosy single room, perfect for a child or solo guest. The bed size here is a small single (2ft 6) also with a premium Vesgantti mattress.

The main bathroom is bright and spacious fitted with a brand new shower over the bath, a heated back-lit mirror, W/C, sink and complimentary toiletries on arrival

You’ll find everything you need on the doorstep – cafés, pubs, takeaways, shops, and a barbers on Rusthall High Street which is less than a 2 minute walk away. There is also a lovely cafe behind the house on Southwood Road. Woodland walks and green spaces are minutes away for fresh air and relaxation.
A short drive takes you into Royal Tunbridge Wells, famous for its Georgian architecture, shopping at The Pantiles, and excellent dining. From there, trains run directly to London in under an hour – ideal for commuters.

You’ll have full, private access to the entire property, including the garden.

- Towels, linens, and cleaning essentials are provided with no extra cost. We also include a full complimentary house clean and linen change every other week for longer stays.

- Cot and high chair can be supplied on request as well as mobility aids including toilet frames and grab handles.
