King’s Hill is a small town located just 30 miles south of London, formerly used as a base for the RAF during the Second World War. Known best for its tree lined streets, King’s Hill is very well connected with major motorways linking it to the rest of the region just 5 minutes away.
The house is situated on a pedestrian pathway in a peaceful neighbourhood surrounded by trees and greenery. There is a children’s playground and a large cricket green less than a 2 minute walk out the front door.
The centre of town is just a mile away with two supermarkets, a local pub and a range of different restaurants.
Station: West Malling for King’s Hill, 2 miles or a 6 minute drive. Services direct to central London in under 45 minutes.
