King’s Hill is a small town located just 30 miles south of London, formerly used as a base for the RAF during the Second World War. Known best for its tranquil tree-lined streets, King’s Hill is very well connected with major motorways linking it to the rest of the region just 5 minutes away.

The house is situated on a residential road in a peaceful neighbourhood surrounded by trees and greenery. There is a park and a large cricket green less than a 5 minute walk out the front door.

The centre of town is just over a mile away with three supermarkets, a local pub and a range of different restaurants.

Station: West Malling for King’s Hill, 2 miles or a 6 minute drive. Services direct to central London in under 45 minutes. The station can also be reached on foot along a pathway that heads out of the village and across the Kent countryside towards the station.
